Voice older than stone...
Each one of us can hear that voice, or could hear that voice, in theory. If we didn't dull it with TV, social media, work, food...
This voice is full of wisdom, knowledge, and gentle guidance. It was there before religion, before self-help gurus, before psychiatrists and psychotherapists.
The reason why so many of us feel empty, lost and without a purpose, is that we have forgotten how to listen to our own inner voice.
